MIDI mode

Transport mode​

MIDI Transport mode allows using the LIOBOX² with any software or hardware that can receive MIDI via USB.

Each pad can send a Note or a Control Change to the USB port, and thus control a DAW or instrument function.

Marker mode​

MIDI Marker mode allows creating setlists directly on the LIOBOX² to navigate between songs and launch them directly.

For instance, this mode can be used to create preset-change setlists for instruments or autotunes.

To do so:

  1. Create markers corresponding to the presets of your instruments. Markers are sorted in the order in which they were created.
  2. Assign the marker (internal to the LIOBOX²) to the preset using MIDI assignments.
  3. Once the markers have been created in the LIOBOX², they can be renamed and moved to the desired order.
